RETURNS POLICY
You cannot "return" our product. If there is an issue, please see below for replacement/credit procedures.
Our flowers are shipped directly from our network of growers and may arrive looking extremely "thirsty". Please refer to our care instructions for initial processing instructions.
Please inspect your flowers immediatley upon arrival. If anything is damaged, unusable or the wrong color or flower, or missing product, please refer to our Claims Procedure below.
If after allowing your flowers to hydrate, you are having issues, please follow our claim procedure....
CLAIMS PROCEDURE:
ALL claims for credit must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt of product via phone (405-848-7669) or text 405.306.1066. Please include your order number, the product in question, the number of stems or bunches in question, and the exact nature of the problem. PHOTO DOCUMENTATION required.
Once your claim is approved, we will do one of the following at your discretion:
~Issue a refund back via the original payment method.
~Issue a store credit equal to the purchase price.
~Replace the product at no cost.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your order up to 7 days prior to your ship date. Cancellations received after that time will receive store credit.We ship all types of fresh flowers, fillers, greens, mosses and sticks.
We ship Monday through Friday via Fedex. We ship 7 days a week via most major air cargo carriers and trucking.
We ship only within the continental United States.
We ship via fedex, air cargo and refrigerated trucking.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Tracking information is provided through the website/customer portal once received from the shippers.
